We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Student Coordinator to support the outreach and enrollment activities for our Entrepreneurship Training Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, training centers, and student communities to promote entrepreneurship education and secure appointments with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, educational institutions, incubation centers, and training organizations.
- Reach out to Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, Deans, Directors, and Management representatives to introduce the Entrepreneurship Training Program.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, workshops, and awareness sessions with institutional stakeholders.
- Maintain and update a database of institutions, contacts, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to organize presentations, webinars, seminars, and entrepreneurship awareness events.
- Follow up regularly with institutions to secure student participation and program partnerships.
- Assist in developing outreach materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Build strong relationships with faculty members, student leaders, entrepreneurship cells, and placement departments.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and track outreach performance metrics.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve outreach targets.
- Prior experience in education marketing, student engagement, training programs, or institutional partnerships is preferred.
