- Develop PLC programs from scratch based on machine requirements and process sequences.
- Design and implement PLC logic for new automation projects.
- Create machine control programs including sequence logic, interlocks, safety conditions, and automation functions.
- Program and configure PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Delta, or equivalent platforms.
- Develop HMI screens and establish communication between PLC, HMI, servo drives, sensors, and other automation devices.
- Program and integrate servo motors, servo drives, and motion control applications.
- Perform servo parameter setting, tuning, positioning control, and motion sequence programming.
- Understand electrical drawings and convert machine concepts into PLC logic.
- Participate in machine trials, commissioning, and production startup activities.
- Create PLC backups, program documentation, and control system manuals.
- Work closely with electrical design and mechanical teams for machine automation development.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
