Grade: Manager equivalent
Subject: Social Science
Qualification: BA,MA, B.Ed compulsory
Age : 30-45 years;
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Functional skills:
*Must have strong subject knowledge & expertise in of school experience in innovative teaching methods teaching Science for classes *Should have knowledge of school syllabus-learning objectives
VI-X in CBSE/ICSE/state board and outcomes for classes I to X
*Must have good English language proficiency
*Must be competent in MS office - word, excel, powerpoint to create academic resources
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare academic resources for assigned subject and classes
2. Collaborate and engage with school teams to ensure effective implementation of curriculum
3. Monitor teachers’ and students’ performance and provide support in performance growth
4. Ensure professional development of teachers through various teacher training activities
5. Support schools for various activities
Screening criteria:
1. Minimum 60% in X & XII Board examinations
2. Minimum 50% in UG/PG
3. Should have studied in regular stream up to UG.
4. Show stability in career growth with less frequent job changes.
5. Can assure us a reasonable period of service longevity.
6. Must be willing to travel to our schools which are spread across Tamil Nadu to conduct workshops and trainings
7. Must have very good English communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
