Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients in the United States.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Conduct follow-up calls regarding appointments, documentation, and patient requests.
- Address patient inquiries professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in internal systems.
- Document all patient interactions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, Telecalling, Healthcare Process, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US Healthcare or Patient Support processes.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions over phone.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
