Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in retail fashion.
Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote new arrivals, offers, and featured products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever possible.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and display.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean and well organized.
- Check product availability, sizes, and stock requirements.
- Assist in stock counting and replenishment.
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
- Support billing and packing when required.
- Follow proper grooming and uniform standards.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is Plus Two
- Experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred.(Freshers are also welcome)
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary:12000-15000
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
