We are looking for a BDE with strong experience in generating business through online portals, especially Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bidding on projects, client communication, and closing deals for IT / Digital / Web / App development service
What You’ll Do:
Generate high-quality leads on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer, Guru)
Actively bid, write proposals, and close deals for IT services (Web/App Dev, SaaS, Cloud, UI/UX, etc.)
Maintain strong follow-ups and handle client communication end-to-end
Track performance, optimize strategy, and contribute to business growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly Sales Target
What You Need to Bring:
1-5 years of experience in BDE / BDM roles for IT services
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, Freelancer
Knowledge of AI, Technical tools.
Strong understanding of web and mobile tech (you don’t code, but you understand the pitch)
Excellent written English & client communication skills
Ability to work independently, hit targets, and manage multiple conversations
