We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in the office. If you are naturally highly social, excellent at networking, and love living on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok/Reels, this is the perfect role for you.
Your primary mission will be to lead our brand outreach—pitching and securing exciting collaborations with other brands and influencers. Alongside outreach, you will also play a key role in managing and growing our daily social media presence.
This position is designed for someone looking for a long-term career. It begins as a 3-month full-time internship. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be transitioned into a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Outreach & Collabs (Primary): Identify, research, and reach out to potential brand partners, creators, and influencers for cross-promotions and collaborations.
- Pitching & Negotiation: Write compelling pitch emails/DMs, follow up consistently, and negotiate collaboration terms that benefit both parties.
- Social Media Management: Assist in handling our official social media accounts, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and cohesive brand voice.
- Content Strategy: Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments, engage with our community, and monitor industry trends to keep our accounts relevant.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must. You need to know how to draft a professional, persuasive pitch.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of how platforms like Instagram, and Facebook operate.
- Go-Getter Attitude: You aren’t afraid of rejection and are willing to send out dozens of outreach messages a day to hit collaboration targets.
- Creative & Organized: Ability to juggle multiple conversations and social media schedules without dropping the ball.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
