About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is integral to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring the seamless delivery of our translation and localization services. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, driving satisfaction, retention and growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the translation/localization industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with translation tools and industry trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
