Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Industrial Power Solutions

Role Purpose
To support and drive techno-commercial sales across India by engaging with customers, consultants, and EPCs, understanding application requirements, and converting opportunities into orders for industrial power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Pan-India sales opportunities across industries such as Power, Utilities, Infrastructure, Data Centres, Cement, Steel, Oil & Gas, and Process Industries.
Generate enquiries, track tenders, and support achievement of assigned sales and order booking targets.
Build and maintain relationships with end customers, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators.
Understand customer requirements, BOQs, and technical specifications; coordinate with internal engineering teams for system sizing and technical compliance.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, clarifications, and assist in negotiations.
Conduct regular customer, consultant, and site visits across India.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal submission and order execution support.
Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, and share market and competitor insights.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in techno-commercial sales / application engineering of industrial electrical or power solutions
Key Skills
Strong techno-commercial understanding
Exposure to tenders and consultant/EPC-driven projects
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively Pan-India

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
