हम मानेसर के लिए एक मेहनती और प्रोएक्टिव सोर्सिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव (फ्रेशर) की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो दिल्ली NCR की लोकल मार्केट्स में फील्ड वर्क करने में सहज हो। इस भूमिका में रॉ मटेरियल सोर्सिंग, वेंडर कोऑर्डिनेशन और समय पर प्रोक्योरमेंट सुनिश्चित करना शामिल है।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
- सदर बाजार, चांदनी चौक, कीर्ति नगर, ओखला आदि लोकल मार्केट्स से रॉ मटेरियल सोर्स करना
- मानेसर से दिल्ली मार्केट्स में जाकर प्रोक्योरमेंट और वेंडर कोऑर्डिनेशन करना
- वेंडर्स के साथ कीमत, क्वालिटी और डिलीवरी टाइमलाइन पर बातचीत करना
- सामान, सैंपल और डॉक्यूमेंट्स की समय पर पिकअप और डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना
- सप्लायर्स और वेंडर्स के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना
- मार्केट सर्वे करना और नए सोर्सिंग अवसरों की पहचान करना
- सोर्सिंग से जुड़े रिकॉर्ड और रिपोर्ट्स को मेंटेन करना
आवश्यकताएं:
- किसी भी स्ट्रीम से ग्रेजुएट (फ्रेशर्स अप्लाई कर सकते हैं)
- दिल्ली NCR की लोकल मार्केट्स का अच्छा ज्ञान
- मजबूत नेगोशिएशन और वेंडर मैनेजमेंट स्किल्स
- अच्छा टाइम मैनेजमेंट और मल्टी-टास्किंग स्किल
- मोबाइल ऐप्स (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Excel) का बेसिक ज्ञान
- फील्ड वर्क और ट्रैवल करने में सहज

- खुद की टू-व्हीलर और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (अनिवार्य)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Sourcing Executive (Fresher) based in Manesar who is comfortable with field work across Delhi NCR markets. The role involves sourcing raw materials, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source raw materials from local markets such as Sadar Bazaar, Chandni Chowk, Kirti Nagar, Okhla, etc.
- Travel from Manesar to Delhi markets for procurement and vendor coordination
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, samples, and documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct market surveys to identify new sourcing opportunities
- Maintain sourcing records and reports
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any stream) – Freshers can apply
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR local markets
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good time management and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Excel)
- Comfortable with field work and travel
Additional Requirement:
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (Mandatory)
Language Requirement:
- Hindi & Basic English communication
