- 7–10 years of experience in Residential & Commercial Construction Projects
- Strong experience in Project Execution & Site Management
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Client Coordination
- Project Planning & Monitoring
- Billing, BOQ & Quantity Verification
- Material Planning & Resource Management
- Team Handling & Reporting
- Experience in the Odisha Construction Market preferred
