Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Machinery Auditor to inspect, verify, and audit machinery installed at various project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring machinery records are accurate, equipment is properly maintained, and all assets comply with company and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical audits and inspections of machinery and equipment at project sites.
- Verify machinery details, serial numbers, specifications, and operational status.
- Maintain accurate records of all machinery and equipment deployed across sites.
- Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies, damages, or non-compliance issues.
- Monitor machinery utilization, maintenance schedules, and service records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operators, vendors, and management regarding machinery-related matters.
- Ensure all machinery documentation, licenses, insurance, and compliance records are updated.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and asset management processes.
- Maintain audit records and submit reports within defined timelines.
- Support management in asset verification and inventory control activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of construction, industrial, or site machinery.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in machinery auditing, asset management, site operations, or equipment monitoring preferred.
Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pune, Maharashtra.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
