We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to join our hospitality team at Riverbells, Champakulam.
The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests during their arrival, ensuring smooth coordination of check-in, guest support, itinerary communication, and delivering a memorable guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend guests during arrival at Champakulam
Coordinate guest check-in and check-out activities
Handle guest enquiries, support, and special requests professionally
Share itinerary details, inclusions, and property guidelines with guests
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Operations, Kitchen, and Boat Crew for smooth guest experience
Ensure proper follow-up and hospitality support during the stay
Maintain guest feedback and service records
Handle WhatsApp and phone communication with guests professionally
Support guest satisfaction and enhance overall customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience in Hospitality / Resort / Tourism / Customer Service is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle guests professionally and calmly
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge required
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, Front Office, or Customer Service background preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Candidates residing near Alappuzha / Champakulam preferred
