Position: Professional Video Editor

Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form podcast episodes with professional pacing and storytelling.
- Create high-retention short-form reels and social media videos.
- Design engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Deliver clean, high-quality edits with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful content.
Required Skills:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Motion Graphics & Animation
- Podcast Editing
- Reels & Short-form Video Editing
- Storytelling & Hook Creation
- Sound Design & Basic Color Correction
- Strong understanding of content retention and social media trends
