Primmeflo MEP Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health & safety regulations at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards at project sites.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers and staff.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure safety signages and emergency arrangements are in place.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for safety compliance.
- Support implementation of company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Knowledge of construction/site safety practices
- Risk assessment and hazard identification skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- MS Office knowledge preferred
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
