Job summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage international remittances and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international remittances in line with banking and regulatory requirements
- Process vendor payments (domestic & international) within defined timelines
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments
- Maintain records for audit, compliance, and tracking
- Resolve discrepancies and support payment reconciliations
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in remittances / banking / vendor payments
Key Skills
- Knowledge of international payment processes & FEMA guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (Tally or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
- Exposure to digital / AI tools (good to have)
