Job Title: Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with new and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Communicate product and service benefits effectively to prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and convincing skills.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals from existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure professional and positive communication with clients at all times.
