Job Overview
Indo European is seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student admissions, providing accurate information about study abroad opportunities, and guiding students throughout the admission process. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad programs and admission requirements.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic profiles and career goals.
- Manage the complete admission process from application submission to offer letter issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with universities and internal departments regarding admission-related matters.
- Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely completion of application procedures.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on university policies, admission criteria, and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, or study abroad consulting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
