We are looking for an experienced and Tender & GeM Executive to manage government tenders and GeM portal activities efficiently.
Position: Tender & GeM Executive Key Responsibilities:
Searching and identifying relevant tenders
Managing GeM Portal operations and bid participation
Preparing and submitting tender documents
Coordinating with departments for tender requirements
Tracking tender status and maintaining records
Ensuring timely submission and compliance with tender conditions
Handling online procurement portals and e-tendering processes
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Tender/GeM participation
Good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tender portals
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
