Department: Information Technology Reports To: IT Manager / ServiceNow Platform Owner Employment Type: Full-Time
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, including direct experience with both CSM and ITSM applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction — gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders, designing solutions, and driving implementation to completion.
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture: business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal/Agent Workspace configuration.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework concepts (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
- Experience with CMDB design and maintenance, including CI classes and relationships.
- Experience configuring SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and approval workflows.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience managing update sets and instance promotion across a multi-instance environment (dev/test/prod).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Experience with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) integrations, Service Graph Connectors, and custom integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM and/or ITSM.
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server configuration.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow in a financial services, lending, or credit union technology environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting/dashboard design.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
