We are a growing eye care clinic seeking a versatile, patient-focused professional who holds a qualification in Optometry, Nursing, and/or Eye Operation Theatre OT Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with combined or cross-trained skills to play a central role in both clinical and surgical eye care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary eye examinations, including visual acuity, refraction, and basic diagnostic workups
- Assist ophthalmologists during OPD consultations and minor/major eye surgeries
- Prepare, sterilize, and manage the operation theatre and surgical instruments
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and counselling
- Operate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment (autorefractor, slit lamp, tonometer, A-scan, etc.)
- Maintain patient records, infection-control protocols, and inventory of consumables
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic and OT operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Optometry (B.Optom / D.Optom), OR GNM / B.Sc Nursing, OR Diploma in Ophthalmic / OT Technology — a combination of two or more is strongly preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Familiarity with ophthalmic equipment and OT procedures is an advantage
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi); local language a plus
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a clinical setting

Pay: ₹13,346.23 - ₹35,984.05 per month
