About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Goa Velha. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, strong site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise activities such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting, fabrication, and finishing works.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of labour at the site.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and report any deviations immediately.
- Ensure proper measurements and execution of work as per required levels, dimensions, and specifications.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, material consumption, work progress, and site activities.
- Coordinate material requirements with the concerned team to avoid delays in execution.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Strictly follow and implement site safety procedures and company safety guidelines.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.
- Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules and monitor progress against targets.
- Report daily progress and critical site issues to the Reporting Manager.
- Coordinate with other departments and agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure minimum wastage of materials and proper utilization of resources.
- Support the Site Engineer/Project Manager during inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and basic technical specifications.
- Ability to supervise contractors and labour teams effectively.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely execution.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant certification in construction/site supervision will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or real estate projects will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and site labour is essential.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, disciplined, and proactive, with the ability to independently supervise site activities and ensure smooth execution of work. Candidates who are locally available in Goa or willing to work at Goa Velha will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,145.69 - ₹30,363.85 per month
