Position: Bodyshop Advisor
Location: Bharani, Nandambakkam,Ambattur, Arumbakkam
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Bodyshop Advisor
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Primary Responsibilities
- Examine accident-damaged vehicles and identify the required repair work.
- Prepare accurate repair quotations and explain the repair process to customers.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within the committed timeline.
- Provide customers with regular updates on the repair status and expected vehicle delivery.
- Maintain repair orders, service records, and related documentation accurately.
- Handle insurance-related documentation and coordinate with insurance companies whenever required.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Bodyshop Advisor role.
- Good understanding of vehicle body repair procedures and insurance claim processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives.
- Basic computer proficiency with good documentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
