11X Company is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and funnel building.
This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and optimize complete marketing funnels — from traffic to conversion — with a clear focus on revenue and business growth.
You won’t just run campaigns.
You will build systems that generate predictable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
- Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (Ads → Landing Page → CRM → Conversion)
- Manage and scale Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Design and improve landing pages for higher conversions
- Track and analyze funnel performance (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
- Align with sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Implement and manage CRM workflows & automation
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong experience in B2B marketing & lead generation
- Proven experience in building and managing marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Landing page tools / funnel builders
- CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion tracking & analytics
- Funnel optimization strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
