Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller Cum Immigration Counselor (Study Visa) with minimum 1+ year of experience in the immigration industry. The candidate will handle client calls, counsel students, and assist them in selecting the right country, course, and institution for higher education abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Counsel students regarding Study Visa options
- Provide detailed information about universities, colleges, and courses
- Guide students in selecting suitable countries and academic programs
- Explain admission and visa requirements clearly
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments
- Stay updated with the latest study visa rules and policies
- Maintain accurate client records and database
Country-Specific Knowledge Required:
- Canada: Study Visa (SDS / Non-SDS)
- United Kingdom: Student Visa
- Australia: Student Visa
- Europe: Study Visa pathways and admission processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Immigration Counseling, Study Visa Processing, or Telecalling
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Strong knowledge of study visa procedures and admission processes
- Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Basic computer proficiency
- Candidate should be looking for long-term employment and preferably have a stable work history of 2–3 years with previous employers
