Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency
Monitor stock inward and outward movement and maintain accurate inventory records
Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
Maintain proper store documentation and operational reports
Support store teams in resolving day-to-day operational and inventory issues
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock control and loss prevention
Prepare and share operational and inventory reports with management
Identify gaps in store processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency
