What You'll Do:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in recruitment
Graduate/MBA (HR preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
