Required Experience Ex-service man for Operations
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day security operations across all assigned sites.
- Ensure smooth deployment of security guards, supervisors, gunmen, and field officers.
- Maintain optimum manpower availability and minimize absenteeism.
- Ensure timely replacement of absent personnel.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and site inspections.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Attend client meetings and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure all client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct periodic client satisfaction reviews.
3. Manpower Planning & Deployment
- Coordinate recruitment and deployment of security personnel.
- Verify that deployed personnel possess required qualifications, training, and documentation.
- Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, and equipment are issued before deployment.
- Monitor attendance and shift schedules.
4. Site Inspection & Quality Control
- Conduct surprise visits and scheduled inspections.
- Verify discipline, alertness, grooming, and performance of security staff.
- Ensure compliance with post instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Submit inspection reports with corrective action plans.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with PSARA, Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain deployment records, attendance registers, incident reports, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Compliance departments for audits and inspections.
6. Training & Development
- Conduct induction training for newly recruited security personnel.
- Organize refresher training on security procedures, fire safety, emergency response, customer service, and first aid.
- Evaluate performance and recommend skill development programs.
7. Incident & Risk Management
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response during fire, theft, accidents, or law-and-order situations.
- Recommend preventive measures to minimize operational risks.
- Liaise with local police and government authorities when required.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead Operations Executives, Field Officers, Supervisors, and Site Supervisors.
- Monitor employee performance and discipline.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.
- Foster teamwork and a culture of accountability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
