- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Analyse drawings and specifications to determine quantities and costs
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
Tendering & Procurement
- Prepare tender documents and contracts
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate prices
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract types
Project Cost Control
- Monitor project expenses and track cost variations
- Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts
- Ensure projects stay within financial limits
Contract Administration
- Manage contracts between clients and contractors
- Handle claims, disputes, and variations
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
Final Accounts & Reporting
- Prepare final project accounts
- Assess completed work and authorize payments
- Provide financial summaries and lessons learned
Required Skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC)
- Proficiency in software (e.g., Excel, cost-estimating tools)
- Negotiation and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
