Position
Team Leader – Vehicle Finance
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch sales and collection team
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets
- Handle dealer relationships and customer management
- Monitor field activities and ensure team productivity
- Maintain portfolio quality and minimize overdue cases
- Support branch operations and reporting activities
- Train and guide team members for better performance
- Coordinate with management for business growth strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in vehicle finance is mandatory
- Experience in 3-wheeler finance will be highly preferred
- Prior experience in team handling is required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of local market and field operations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to manage sales as well as collections
- Must be comfortable with field work and travel
