Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Digital Sculptor with strong expertise in Human Anatomy Sculpting to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of anatomical structure, muscle detailing, body proportions, facial expressions, and realistic posing techniques to create premium-quality sculptures.
This role requires exceptional artistic ability, advanced digital sculpting expertise, and a passion for creating realistic human forms with high attention to detail. The candidate should be capable of transforming concepts into museum-quality digital sculptures aligned with SILAII’s artistic standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Create highly realistic human anatomy-based 3D sculptures with accurate muscle structures, proportions, expressions, and dynamic poses.
- Use advanced 3D modeling techniques (e.g., ZBrush, Blender) to create proposed subjects, primarily focusing on human anatomy with precise muscle structures, poses, and proportions.
- Understand project requirements, conceptualize creative ideas, and develop detailed 3D sculpts and assets meeting exceptional artistic standards for realism, texture, and form.
- Troubleshoot technical problems during production, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and seniors through meetings to discuss, review projects, provide updates, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain exceptional quality in realism, texture, detailing, composition, and presentation.
- Maintain an eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting to elevate sculptures for e-commerce, gifting, and décor applications.
- Stay updated on the latest creative practices, tools, and industry trends to innovate within SILAII’s heritage-inspired portfolio.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong expertise in Human Anatomy Sculpting is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and completed projects, with a focus on human anatomy sculpting.
- Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and a keen eye for composition, realism, texture, colour, and lighting.
- Advanced proficiency in ZBrush (preferred) and other 3D sculpting tools such as Blender.
- Excellent time management skills and high self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Willingness to remain up-to-date on evolving creative practices and tools.
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience; freshers with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English; Tamil proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, onsite environment.
Education
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) - Preferred
- Master of Fine Arts (MFA) – Added Advantage
Relevant certifications in ZBrush or 3D modeling are an added advantage.
Compensation
Annual CTC : ₹7.2 LPA - 9.6 LPA (As per company standards and commensurate with experience)
