Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Attend exhibitions, customer meetings, and product demonstrations whenever required.
- Build long-term relationships with domestic and international customers.

- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred)

- CRM software knowledge preferred

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
Experience
- Sales Executive: 0–2 Years
- Business Development Executive: 1–5 Years
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
