Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Travel Sales Experts who loves closing deals, understands traveler psychology, and can convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. If you thrive on targets, follow-ups, and building long-term client relationships—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively handle inbound & outbound travel inquiries
- Understand client requirements and design customized holiday packages
- Sell international tour packages, hotels, flights, visas, cruises & add-ons
- Share itineraries, quotations, and follow up aggressively for closures
- Convert leads into bookings while meeting monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking & execution
- Maintain CRM, lead tracking & client communication records
- Upsell and cross-sell experiences to increase ticket value
- Deliver excellent post-sales support to ensure repeat business
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in travel sales
- Strong knowledge of international destinations
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Confident in handling clients via phone, WhatsApp & email
- Proactive, target-driven & result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with luxury, group or corporate travel is a plus
