Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant government/private tenders.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements.
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial information.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, EMD, and other required documents.
Manage tender portals and online submissions.
Maintain records of submitted and awarded tenders.
Track tender results and follow up with concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions.
Coordinate with clients/vendors regarding tender-related queries.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of government e-tender portals is preferred.
Experience in tender preparation/submission is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
