Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Project Manager / Project Head with 20–25 years of experience in planning, execution, commissioning, and operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and related infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Water Treatment, STP, ETP, and infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Lead project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and statutory regulations.
- Support business development activities, tender evaluations, and technical proposals when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in civil and Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 20–25 years of experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and contract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
