Receptionist – Premium Salon
Position: Salon Receptionist

Location: Kankurgachi, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented receptionist to be the first point of contact for our premium salon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a warm and professional experience to every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally attend to clients.
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and client queries.
- Coordinate appointments between clients, stylists, and salon staff.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain an organised front-office environment.
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic cash management.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Inform clients about salon services, packages, offers, and promotions.
- Follow up with clients for appointments and service feedback.
- Ensure a premium and personalised customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Salon Manager regarding daily operations.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and salon standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a premium salon, hospitality, retail, or front-office role will be an advantage.
