Job Summary
Global Indian International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Social Studies Teacher to teach middle school students. The candidate should be able to create an engaging learning environment, deliver effective lessons, and foster students' understanding of History, Geography, Civics, and related subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Social Studies lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
