Responsibilities:
- Design domestic and international itineraries tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with new and existing customers on tour packages.
- Handle end-to-end travel services: tour packages, airline bookings, hotels, costing, and documentation.
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and hotels to process bookings efficiently.
- Prepare customized quotations based on supplier costings.
- Update tour packages on our web portal.
- Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong customer database.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are welcome – training will be provided!
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM IST – 04:15 AM IST
Transport: Central Pick up and Home drop-off provided for the shift
