What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone and maintain strong client relationships.
- Process orders and coordinate with production and logistics.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage Ads, pop ups, exhibitions and drive Sales campaigns
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and business records.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support growth initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent communication skills in English and Assamese.
- A resident of Guwahati having knowledge of events around the city.
- Is confident interacting with customers.
- Is organized and pays attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Has basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems.
- Can take ownership of responsibilities and is eager to grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0 - 1 years of experience in sales, operations, digital marketing, or administration is preferred. Freshers with strong skills and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
