Role Summary:
We do not focus on your educational degrees; we value your real-world experience. If you have worked at a multi-brand car spare parts retail shop, a wholesale parts counter, or an authorized dealership store (Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, etc.) and know how to identify, source, and sell car parts, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Counter Sales:- Attend to walk-in customers, local garages, and mechanics to identify and provide the exact spare parts they need.
Inventory Management:- Track stock levels, manage fast-moving versus slow-moving parts, and minimize dead stock.
Cataloging:- Use part catalogs and digital software to verify OEM/OES part numbers for multi-brand passenger cars.
Requirements &Qualifications:
Experience:- Minimum 2 to 5 years of verified experience strictly in Four-Wheeler / Car Spare Parts Sales or Store Management. (Candidates from other industries like electronics, hardware, or two-wheelers will not be considered).Education: No minimum educational bar. Open to all candidates with relevant practical experience.
Skills:- Strong knowledge of engine components, suspension, body parts, and electrical systems. Familiarity with local wholesale markets (like Ahmedabad/Mehsana hubs) is a big plus.
Languages:- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory to communicate with local mechanics and suppliers.
Pay: ₹15,000.27 - ₹25,000.31 per month
