Job description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Design / UI UX & Graphic Design Faculty to train students in User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), Web Design, and Graphic Design. The faculty will be responsible for teaching core design principles, industry-standard tools, and best practices while guiding students through hands-on projects and preparing them for professional careers in UI/UX, Web Design, and Graphic Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach UI/UX fundamentals, design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Deliver training on web design principles, responsive layouts, and front-end basics.
- Provide hands-on training with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software.
- Teach Graphic Design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout design, branding, and visual communication.
- Train students on logo design, poster design, social media creatives, marketing materials, and brand identity development.
- Teach HTML5, CSS3, and basic web structure concepts.
- Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and practical lab sessions.
- Guide students in creating real-world UI/UX, Web Design, and Graphic Design projects and professional portfolios.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and support academic improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Assist in academic planning, curriculum execution, and course material preparation.
- Organize and participate in seminars, design workshops, hackathons, portfolio reviews, and interactive sessions.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in UI/UX Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX, Web Design, or Graphic Design.
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, user-centered design, branding, and usability standards.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and student-handling skills.
