Role and Skill: Record To Report - Analyst
Experience: 3 years to 8 years

Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform period-end and month-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Execute balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve open items
- Support management reporting and variance analysis
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain reconciliation and close documentation
Soft Skills:
- Flexible to work in night shifts
- Strong English communication skills required
- Strong knowledge of RTR and accounting fundamentals
- Experience in journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Hands-on ERP (SAP FI preferred)
- Understanding of GAAP / IFRS concepts
- Ability to meet tight close timelines
