- Lead the creative vision and execution for integrated campaigns across TV, print, radio, OOH, digital, social media, content, and experiential platforms.
- Develop compelling brand narratives and innovative campaign concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
- Inspire and mentor creative teams, including Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Content Creators, and Creative Leads.
Strategic Thinking
- Partner with strategy and planning teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.
- Contribute to brand positioning, communication frameworks, and campaign strategies.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, consumer insights, technology innovations, and media evolution.
Mainline Advertising
- Oversee development of TVCs, print campaigns, outdoor advertising, radio spots, and integrated brand communication.
- Ensure campaigns maintain strong brand storytelling and creative effectiveness.
Digital & Social Media
- Lead digital-first and social-first creative thinking across platforms.
Client Management
- Present concepts and campaign recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic creative partner.
- Manage feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity.
- Drive innovative content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
- Guide creation of performance-driven creative assets, influencer campaigns, branded content, and interactive experiences.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
