Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients/patients interested in health programs.
- Generate leads through events, seminars, digital leads, and referrals.
- Conduct outreach activities such as camps, health awareness drives, and partnerships.
2. Sales & Conversion
- Explain treatment programs, retreats, and services offered by the company.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and program enrollments.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead pipelines.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, wellness centers, and health professionals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with patients and partners.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales targets closure
- Number of consultations booked
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
- Client relationship development
