Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who can manage the complete sales cycle— handling incoming leads, conducting meetings, negotiating, and closing deals—while maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-up calls and consistent communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Follow-Up
Make regular follow-up calls to new and existing leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure timely response to every inquiry
Maintain high engagement and improve conversion rates
2. Sales Process Management
Conduct office meetings and on-site client visits
Present pricing, proposals, and design concepts
Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets
Follow up on quotations, revisions, and client approvals
3. Team Coordination
Coordinate with the design team for BOQs, drawings, and technical details
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth lead flow
Ensure proper project handover to the operations team after closing
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
Handle client objections and concerns effectively
Build long-term relationships to generate referrals
Update CRM with follow-ups, lead progress, and meeting notes
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Track pipeline, lead status, and conversion progress
Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to management
Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in sales (interiors, real estate, or modular preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and client-handling abilities
Consistent follow-up discipline
Basic knowledge of interior materials (preferred)

Salary
CTC ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 (Based on experience and performance)
