A Hotel Front Office Executive serves as the primary point of contact for guests, managing the entire accommodation cycle . Their responsibilities include processing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, verifying payments, and coordinating with departments like housekeeping to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Warmly welcome guests, process check-ins/check-outs, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
- Reservations Management: Handle room bookings, modify reservations, and manage booking channels via the hotel's property management system (PMS).
- Billing & Payments: Process payments, verify credit card information, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Communication & Concierge: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide guests with information on hotel amenities, rates, and local tourist attractions.
- Complaint Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Departmental Liaison: Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to prepare VIP arrivals, prioritize room cleaning, and fulfill special requests.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
