Key Responsibilities
- Patient Flow Management: Monitor the waiting area and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and labs to minimize patient wait times.
- Concierge Service: Greet patients upon arrival, assist elderly or disabled patients, and guide them through the clinic's various departments (OPD, Diagnostics, and Pharmacy).
- Doctor Coordination: Manage doctor schedules in real-time, ensuring consultations and procedures start on time and communicating delays to patients proactively.
- Appointment Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, as needed.
- Grievance Redressal: Address immediate patient complaints on the floor with empathy and resolve them.
- Feedback Collection: Encourage patients to provide feedback/ratings via digital or physical forms before they leave.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Healthcare Management is a major plus.
- Shift timings: 12 pm to 9 pm
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
