We are looking for a Marketing Analyst / Performance Marketer who can transform marketing data into actionable insights and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Job Location
Delhi or Roorkee (Work from Office)
Working Days & Hours
- Six Days a Week
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse campaign performance across all digital channels.
- Build dashboards and performance reports.
- Track KPIs including leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend campaign improvements.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Forecast marketing trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing.
