Role Description As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting team goals, monitoring sales pipelines, reviewing performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and coaching. You will guide the team in generating leads, managing customer accounts, conducting product or service presentations, and closing deals. The role involves coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasting, and contributing to sales strategy and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating a diverse sales team.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to understand client needs, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast results, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales leadership.
- Experience in managing on-site sales teams, preferably in a fast-paced or target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting; comfort working with KPIs and dashboards.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility to manage peak-period workloads.
- Maximum experience required for this role 5years and more.
