We are hiring a tech-savvy Digital Operations & AI Integration Manager to manage our website, office systems, and automation tools. The role focuses on AI integration, process automation, cost reduction, and business growth support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage website, content & lead generation system
- Implement office automation (CRM, MIS, billing, workflows)
- Integrate AI tools for leads, chatbots, proposals & reporting
- Support business development via digital funnels & automation
- Improve conversion, client onboarding & productivity
- Identify cost-saving opportunities using smart tools
- Maintain MIS, dashboards & performance reports
Required Skills:
- Website basics (WordPress or similar)
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, CRM, automation tools)
- MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Digital marketing basics (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Diploma (IT/BCA/BBA/MBA preferred)
- Freshers with digital skills can apply
- Experience in operations/IT/automation is a plus
